A 73-year-old woman surnamed Liang from Changhua County was involved in a car accident in February this year. After being sent to the hospital, examinations revealed a mild subarachnoid hemorrhage. She returned home to recuperate after treatment. She was originally scheduled to undergo artificial knee replacement surgery at the hospital in March. However, during the pre-operative evaluation, anesthesiologist Chen Guanhong noticed something unusual in the patient's condition.
