Yuan Rung AI scheduling completes nursing rosters in 25 seconds; Taiwan Association for Medical Informatics impressed by smart healthcare achievements.

The Yuan Rung Healthcare System has achieved fruitful results in promoting AI smart healthcare in recent years. Recently, forty members of the "Taiwan Nursing Informatics Association" visited Yuan Rung Hospital to tour smart wards and learn about various AI equipment currently in use. Especially with the current shortage of nursing staff, how to balance the hospital's staffing needs with nurses' personal scheduling preferences is a major challenge for various hospitals. The "Nursing Scheduling System" developed by Yuan Rung can generate a shift schedule satisfactory to all nursing staff within 25 seconds. Members of the Nursing Informatics Association were greatly surprised and expressed their anticipation for its further promotion and application in the future to help the medical community solve the problem of insufficient nursing staff.
