The National Defense Medical Center was upgraded to National Defense Medical University in August this year. Today, 129 students, teachers, and alumni from the School of Pharmacy at National Defense Medical University visited the Yuan Rung Healthcare System. Both parties signed a "Letter of Intent for Cooperation," with Superintendent Chang Ke-Shih of the Yuan Rung Healthcare System and Dean Wang Hung-Chan of the School of Pharmacy representing the signing. The two parties will deepen cooperation in medical research, talent cultivation, and other areas, and will engage in close exchanges in the future.
Three years ago, Superintendent Chang also donated a scholarship of one million NT dollars to National Defense Medical University, hoping to cultivate outstanding junior students and allow more aspiring students to acquire professional skills without financial burden. After graduation, these students will be able to seamlessly transition into service at the Yuan Rung Healthcare System.
