~ Clinical Diagnosis and Prognostic Indicators ~
Clinical medical laboratory analysis is very important for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of patients. When test results change, the physician's diagnosis and treatment methods for the patient may also change. Therefore, to accurately judge the condition, there must first be accurate and reliable laboratory reports. Accurate and reliable laboratory reports depend on correct specimen collection, processing, and precise laboratory operations. Accurate and rapid reporting is an inevitable goal for the laboratory, but it still relies on the ideal cooperation of every physician, nurse, and related medical personnel in specimen collection to achieve its success.
Purpose of Tests
There are generally three purposes for tests:
- Diagnosing diseases: To determine if a patient has diabetes, blood is drawn to test the patient's blood sugar. If the patient's blood sugar exceeds a set value, they can be listed as a suspected diabetes case for follow-up.
- Tracking treatment effectiveness: For example, regularly checking blood sugar for diabetic patients to confirm treatment efficacy.
- Disease screening: From the perspective of preventive medicine, screening for certain diseases to achieve early detection and early treatment.

- Stool Tests: Parasite examination, gastrointestinal bleeding test, colorectal cancer stool screening
