Image-guided precise injection of B12 around nerves to improve neuropathy and pain
Image-guided Perineural Vitamin B12 Injection for nerve regeneration and pain management

Dr. Chen Jianhua is dedicated to the research and application promotion of Vitamin B12, the world's first paper "Using ultrasound to accurately locate nerves and administer Vitamin B12 to promote nerve repair" was published by Dr. Chen Jianhua. Through precise image positioning, combined with the research papers previously published by Dr. Chen Jianhua, we have statistically analyzed this unique research result and various data before and after patient treatment. Laiyuan Nerve Repair Center has been recognized and certified by the National Quality Mark (SNQ) in the special medical group since participating in 2021.

Laiyuan Nerve Repair Center combines experts to provide cross-organ, cross-system one-stop medical services, allowing patients to avoid multiple consultations, reducing unnecessary time costs, and receiving effective medical treatment in a timely manner, using high-level ultrasound combined with X-ray precise positioning treatment, along with intravenous nutrition drips to improve pain and repair nerves.

Features of precise positioning treatment at Laiyuan Nerve Repair Center:

◆Advantages of cervical nerve root treatment:

Traditional cervical nerve root treatment mostly uses X-ray positioning, then uses contrast agents to confirm the diffusion of the drug, which is not only time-consuming but also the cervical area is rich in nerves and blood vessels. Since X-rays can only see bones, it is difficult to avoid the treatment needle entering blood vessels or nerves. We use ultrasound positioning, which can clearly see blood vessels, nerves, and other tissues under ultrasound, thus avoiding this situation. The treatment time is relatively short, and patients can also reduce problems and pain caused by the treatment needle entering blood vessels or nerves.

◆Advantages of lumbar treatment:

Combining 3D image guidance, precise injection of B12 around the lumbar nerves. Most lumbar stenosis and nerve compression occur near the midline of the spine. Our center pioneered the combination of safe blunt needles and spinal stereotactic positioning (MRI calculated angle, C-arm X-ray guided needle insertion) to directly deliver the drug to the compressed nerve area, improving symptoms of lumbar stenosis patients by precisely providing nerve nutrition to the affected area.

Introduction to Treatment Items

◆Laiyuan Nerve Repair Treatment

Developed by Dr. Chen Jianhua, using high-level ultrasound guidance, X-ray image precise positioning, and medical big data calculations to find the root cause of neuropathic pain –> Create a personalized treatment plan for patients based on different causes.

Many pain and neurological symptoms such as numbness in hands and feet, weakness, etc., are actually caused by nerve adhesions and do not require surgery. The treatment method is to send a fine needle to the nerve adhesion area under precise positioning with high-level ultrasound, X-ray, etc., using liquid pressure to release it, and simultaneously administer nerve repair-promoting drugs such as Vitamin B12.

Generally, the treatment time is about 20-30 minutes, and pain can be immediately improved. After treatment, patients can get up and walk. Neurological symptoms such as numbness and weakness begin to improve about two weeks later.

◆Lumbar Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgery for Lumbar Disc Herniation

Lumbar minimally invasive endoscopic surgery does not require general anesthesia, only local anesthesia in the lumbar area and a small incision to send the endoscope into the disc to remove the herniated tissue. During the surgery, the patient is fully awake and can talk to the doctor. Once the compression is relieved, the patient can immediately feel the pain relief.

◆Minimally Invasive Surgery for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Dr. Chen uses high-level ultrasound guidance to precisely locate the lesion and perform minimally invasive surgery to cut open the ligament of the carpal tunnel to relieve pressure on the median nerve. A small incision is made on the wrist and palm, with quick recovery and good results.

Case Sharing

Combining X-ray and high-level ultrasound dual positioning to accurately improve thoracic disc herniation nerve pain

Ms. Liu, 42, came to our Nerve Repair Center with complaints of soreness and numbness in the back, which sometimes extended to the left chest under the ribs, worsening when sitting or squatting, lasting for more than half a year. After hearing this, we conducted a series of detailed assessments, including physical, blood, X-ray, and ultrasound examinations. After detailed examinations, we found that Ms. Liu had thoracic disc herniation and some degenerative changes in the thoracic facet joints. After determining the cause, we explained her problem in detail and developed a comprehensive treatment plan suitable for her. Through Dr. Chen's superb medical skills, after two precise image-guided positioning treatments and nerve repair drips, Ms. Liu told us during her follow-up visit that this treatment significantly improved her condition, with an 80% improvement in soreness and numbness, greatly reducing her discomfort in daily life. Hearing this, we were also happy for her. During each follow-up visit, the nursing staff continued to educate her on subsequent maintenance and possible stretching exercises. Ms. Liu has completed two interventional treatments, and we are now more focused on nutritional repair to stabilize her nerves, allowing her to have a better quality of life.

Nerve Repair Surgery and Intravenous Nutrition Improve Postherpetic Facial Nerve Palsy

Ms. Zhan, 49, discovered shingles on her right ear in mid-July this year, with symptoms of tightness on the right face, crooked lips, inability to fully close the right eye, involuntary tearing, numbness when touching above the right eyebrow, and discomfort in the right ear when external sounds are loud. Later, she was introduced to the Nerve Repair Center by a friend. We started with a series of physical assessments and arranged MRI and blood tests to rule out the possibility of brain lesions or other causes. After determining the main cause, we explained her problem in detail and discussed a comprehensive treatment plan. Through Dr. Chen's superb medical skills and precise image-guided positioning treatment, combined with intensive nerve repair nutrition drips, dual treatment, during the second follow-up visit, she gave us feedback that after the first treatment, the crooked mouth on the right side had slightly improved. Subsequent follow-up visits showed gradual improvement. She is currently continuing treatment, and her recovery is progressing well. Thinking back to the beginning, Ms. Zhan always wore a mask except when seeing the doctor, but now, due to the improvement in symptoms after treatment, she has gained confidence and gradually no longer needs to wear a mask in public. I think this is truly a happy and touching thing, and it makes us feel that all the hard work is worth it!

Ultrasound Precise Positioning to Repair Cervical and Median Nerves, Significant Improvement in Hand Numbness and Pain

Ms. Weng, 56, due to work-related heavy hand burden, caused right shoulder pain and numbness from the right upper limb to the fingers, which troubled her. We conducted a physical assessment and ultrasound examination to find her problem. We taught her detailed home self-rehabilitation exercises and discussed the treatment plan. Ms. Weng decided to undergo treatment. Under Dr. Chen's precise ultrasound positioning treatment of the nerves, Ms. Weng told us during a follow-up visit a month later that the numbness symptoms had improved by about 95% overall, solving her long-term hand numbness problem, which made us very happy to hear!
