Important Reminders
If this is your first visit to our hospital, please allow sufficient time for registration after completing your online or phone appointment.
We recommend arriving at the hospital in advance on the day of your appointment and proceeding to the registration and payment counter as instructed on-site to set up your basic information.
Please bring your National ID and NHI card (or other valid identification documents) to help the staff complete your initial registration.
Acupuncture department follows first-come-first-acupuncture policy, please check-in at the clinic first.
Only one type of consultation per day is allowed, thank you for your cooperation
Dr. Lin Qin Yi, Dr. Chang Yuan Ya, and Dr. Huang Feng Rong have afternoon clinic hours from 13:30 to 17:00 Dr. Chang Yuan Ya and Dr. Huang Feng Rong have evening clinic hours from 17:30 to 21:00 Latest card insertion time for acupuncture treatment: Morning before 11:00, Afternoon before 16:30, Evening before 20:30 Latest check-in time for internal medicine consultation: Morning before 11:30, Afternoon before 17:00, Evening before 21:00 In accordance with the Health Insurance Administration's project regulations, if the acupuncture treatment course sheet (six-grid sheet) is not fully used, pure internal medicine prescriptions (medication only without acupuncture) will not be provided. Please change to private payment consultation On 4/21, Dr. Lu Yen-Chang's clinic is a teaching clinic, limited to 5 registrations.
