Important Reminders

If this is your first visit to our hospital, please allow sufficient time for registration after completing your online or phone appointment.

We recommend arriving at the hospital in advance on the day of your appointment and proceeding to the registration and payment counter as instructed on-site to set up your basic information.

Please bring your National ID and NHI card (or other valid identification documents) to help the staff complete your initial registration.

The Neurology Department recommends registration for patients aged 16 and above. Patients under 16 should register with the Pediatric Department.

Clinic Schedule Change Notice 1. Starting March 2026 (ROC Year 115), Dr. Yeh Tsung-Hsun's Tuesday evening clinic will be relocated from Yuan Rung Hospital to Yuan Sheng Hospital. 2. Starting March 2026 (ROC Year 115), Dr. Yeh Tsung-Hsun's Monday afternoon clinic at Yuan Sheng Hospital will be changed to morning clinic.
