Chronic Prescription Appointment System

• We offer next-day appointments. Please complete your reservation at least 1 day before your intended pickup date. (e.g., to pick up on the 15th, complete reservation before 22:00 on the 14th)

• If you wish to select a pickup location, please choose your preferred branch when selecting the appointment date.
• No prescription pickup service is available on closed days (e.g., Sundays).

• Reminder: For online chronic prescription refill reservations, you can pick up your medication between 07:00-22:00 on the pickup day.

• Pickup process: Please bring your "NHI Card" and "Chronic Disease Refill Prescription" to the no-ticket counter, complete payment, receive your pickup number, and then proceed to the pharmacy counter in order.
• Note: If your chronic prescription includes self-pay medication items, you must first complete payment at the counter before picking up at the pharmacy.

• If you cannot come to pick up your medication, please cancel at least by 22:00 the day before your scheduled pickup date. (e.g., to cancel a pickup scheduled for the 20th, please cancel before 22:00 on the 19th)
